Hi Sascha, I just had the same issue as you. Turns out the geotargets can be set on KeywordPlanIdeaService.GenerateKeywordIdeasRequest (https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/reference/rpc/v10/GenerateKeywordIdeasRequest) which return similar information as GenerateKeywordHistoricalMetrics.
