Hi Nirmita, It was not available. Only search method have results count. I got reply here <https://github.com/googleads/google-ads-php/issues/779#issuecomment-1085109019> .
1. With searchStream the only way to know the number of results is to loop through all of them and to increment a counter. This limitation is specific to the Google Ads API, not this library, this is because there is no field total_results_count in the SearchGoogleAdsStreamResponse <https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/reference/rpc/v10/SearchGoogleAdsStreamResponse> like there is in the SearchGoogleAdsResponse <https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/reference/rpc/v10/SearchGoogleAdsResponse> .
