Since you have encountered UNSUPPORTED_FIELD_TYPE, this means that the given field type is not supported to be added directly via asset links. You can check the currently supported asset based extensions here and for the image extensions availability, you may refer to this blog post . You may note also from the blog that for image asset extensions, developers can start migrating in Q3 2022.
