Please check. You need to check fields against adtype: EXPANDED_DYNAMIC_SEARCH_AD and fields are Description, ExpandedDynamicSearchCreativeDescription and ExpandedDynamicSearchCreativeDescription2. In Adwords API the the value against ad_group_ad.ad.expanded_dynamic_search_ad.description is return as Description.
