Yes, the get request in the Google Ads API is limited to 1,000 times only per day and I am afraid that there is no possible way to increase it. However, I would suggest to utilize the GoogleAdsService Search and SearchStream for retrieving data as it can be requested unlimitedly if you have Standard access developer token. Also, the Search and SearchStream is not expensive to use compared to the get method and you can select specific information only. Let me know if you have questions with the provided workaround.
