The error you are encountering appears to indicate an issue with the client library you are using rather than an issue specific to the API and its services. That being said, I would recommend that you reach out instead to the client library owners. You can click on the client library links under the Source column of the table in our client libraries documentation to get in touch with the client library owners through their Github page and Issues tab / tracker.
