Hi, I'm trying to get historic bidding changes at a Portfolio level (changes done in Google Ads web client) using Python Google Ads Library <https://github.com/googleads/google-ads-python>. Firstly, I tried to get those changes using the Change Event Service <https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/change-event>, however, as mentioned in that link it might not include every row from the Change History. So I tried to get the changes using the Change Status Service <https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/docs/change-status>. After verifying that the portfolio bidding change was available in the Change History, change status does not retrieve that change. How can I get those bidding changes?
