So,
I can get all client accounts my manager account can access and build an
account hierarchy by querying customer_client
i.e.
SELECT
customer_client.id,
customer_client.currency_code,
customer_client.time_zone,
customer_client.descriptive_name,
customer_client.manager
FROM
customer_client
But...I can't see a way to identify which of those accounts are 'CANCELLED'
and therefore cannot be accessed via the api. Is there a way to do this?
or is there an other way of finding all the accounts my master account has
access to that are not cancelled?
