Hello, seeing how this question is a few years old now I wanted to ask whether the answer is still up to date? I didn't test my assumption yet, but reading the documentation it seems to me that campaign_audience_view combined with campaign_criterion and ad_group_audience_view combined with ad_group_criterion should cover it (for most part at least). Or am I missing something?
