An ad group ad's finalUrls attribute as mentioned earlier by Matt, should not be read only especially when you are using the AdGroupAdService to create the said ad. As an aside, for updating ads, you can use the AdService instead. That being said, since you mentioned you are just only creating the ad and the issue is at the code level as seen in your screenshot, I would recommend that you reach out instead to the client library owners, via this link (.NET / C#), as they should be more equipped to provide guidance on this issue.
