For the first question, if you want to get the spend or the cost at campaign level, then I would suggest using the campaign report and include the metrics.cost_micros field. As for the second question, to have a clear view here, could you provide more details on this item? If what you are looking for in the API can be seen in the UI, then provide a screenshot of it where we can see it as well. You can provide it via Reply privately to the author option.
