Hi Samantha, Thanks for reaching out. Can you confirm which API the third party tool uses? I see you linked to ddp.googleapis.com, which is not related to the AdWords or Ads API. It seem it's related to the DDP API (Ad Manager). You might try asking about this on their dedicated forum, here.
