For the #1, please note that the EnhancedCpc is a portfolio bidding strategy only. With this, you need to follow this guide instead if you want to set this to your campaign. For the issue encountered in setting Maximize Conversion bidding strategy, would you be able to provide the exact error that you encountered? It will be helpful if you can provide also the complete request and response logs with request ID and request header generated on your end. With regard to the #2, please note that it is not possible to change the campaign type when it is created. For this part "But whenver ad can be generated from php api it showing responsive display ad.", could you provide more context on this issue so that I can check and address it?
