Is this possible to remove feeds without interacting with CampaignExtensionSetting service? Or this is a necessary step? You will need to perform both remove requests in order to completely remove these entities from your account. So when the auto-migration date comes for Call and App extensions will this cause troubles? Will be redundant assets created for those feeds with Removed status or not? As this appears to be more of a Product related concern, you may confirm what the behavior would be for this scenario with the Product support team.
