With regard to your "previous post", it seems that your post has already been removed. Then, for the error that you've encountered, can you confirm if you're using the latest python library version? It mentioned that, as of v20.0.0 this library is not compatible with Python versions less than Python 3.6. Also suds is no longer supported in this library, zeep is now the only supported SOAP client. In addition to that, I've seen this forum thread that has the same concern as yours but was able to fix their concern by installing the new ubuntu operating system. I would suggest doing the same and check if this works for you. You can also check the similar case in the github issue tracker, and post an issue related to this on the said issue tracker.
