The suggestKeywordThemes currently isn't meant to produce exactly same results as in the UI right now. We may improve this over time, but right now, they're not equivalent. As for your another request, it looks like your website doesn't seem to have enough text information for the suggestion feature to work well enough. You may consider improving the website content a bit to be able to make relevant predictions. Hope this help.
