The possible field that you can use in the canManageClients is customer.manager while customer.conversion_tracking_setting.cross_account_conversion_tracking_id for EffectiveConversionTrackingId. Please verify if you can get the information that you are looking for in the suggested fields. If not please let us know so that I can include it to the feature request that I am going to create for parallelTrackingEnabled.
