You can use the geo_target_constant to get the geo related information. However, I am afraid that downloading reports in a CSV file is currently not supported in the Google Ads API. The API does not support formatting or file output so you will need to create a process on your end instead that will import the data into a CSV file. With this, I would suggest to follow this example in Ruby that shows how you can implement CSV formatting in your client library. However, our team has already raised a feature request for this, subject for review. Please follow our blog as we will post there relevant updates when it becomes supported.
