Hello Robert, Thanks for reaching out to the Google Ads API support. Yes, it can be possible as long as you don't exceed the developer token limits. The developer token can be associated with each application and belongs to one manager account. You have to use an email address that hasn't already been associated with a Google Ads account to create your manager account.
