Hi Google AdsWords Support Team, I am working as a Marketing Analytics Manager at TetraPak, and we are using Google Ads API In bringing the data from Google Ads. My Project Details are as below :-
Project Name :- https://console.cloud.google.com/apis/credentials?project=evident-beacon-330911 Customer ID - 7095584776 Currently we are using OAuth 2.0 Client IDs and the issue which are facing is regarding the refresh token validity. Can you please help me in answering the below questions - 1) What is the validity period for refresh token, since my app is in Testing Mode and External ? 2) How can we increase the validity in case its very less or make this as a Production App. 3) Apart from that we are trying to setup service accounts, for accessing the Google Ads Data. Unfortunately below error I am getting googleads.errors.GoogleAdsServerFault: [AuthenticationError.NOT_ADS_USER @ ; trigger:'<null>'] 4) Not able to login to Google Ads Manager https://admanager.google.com/home/?authuser=0 Can you please help us for the above queries.
