Could you confirm if your records contain zero impressions? I asked because as per this guide, adding segments fields results in your zero impression records being excluded from the results. However, so that our team can take a closer look at the no results issue, could you also provide our team with the request and response logs, with the request-id? If you haven't yet, logging can be enabled by navigating to the Client libraries > Your client library (ex. Java) > Logging documentation, which you can access from this link. You may then send the requested information via the Reply privately to author option.
