Thank you for reaching out to Google Ads/AdWords API support. The API can only 
report what is available in the UI, if there's a delay in metrics you can 
receive support from product support. Here's a guide to data freshness.

If you are experiencing a discrepancy between the UI and your API report, could 
you privately send us a request and response log of API communication of the 
report, combined with a screenshot of the equivalent report in the UI that is 
segmented the same, filtered the same and taken at the same time that the API 
report is pulled?

A request looks like the 3rd section in request and a response looks similar to 
response. Logging instructions are in the read.me on Github of each client 
library.
