The logs and the request-id that my colleague Kevin is referring to should be generated if you have enabled logging in your client library, and the instructions can be found by navigating to the Client libraries > Your client library (ex. Java) > Logging documentation, which you can access from this link. Once enabled, you may then retry your request and send over to our team the generated logs, so we can take a closer look.
