Kindly note that the API Center view is only visible when logged in as the MCC / Manager account, and not in the "Tools and Settings" of the test manager account. You will need to login to your Production Google Ads Manager account and navigate to the TOOLS & SETTINGS > SETUP > API Center view. Since you mentioned that you’re receiving “Developer_Token_Is_Not_Approved” error in production Manager Account, could you provide us with the complete request and response logs with the request-id, so our team can better check? If you haven't yet, logging can be enabled by navigating to the Client libraries > Your client library (ex. Java) > Logging documentation, which you can access from this link. You may then send the requested information via the Reply privately to author option.
