You may use the user_list report in order to fetch a list of all the customer's 
current userLists. You may use the search method in the REST interface to get 
the user_list report. You may refer to this guide for a search method example 
using REST. Also, you can make use of Query Builder and Query Validator to help 
you construct and validate queries.
