As per this guide, RSA is associated in the ad level and not in the ad group level. Ad-level performance metrics for assets are aggregated in the ad_group_ad_asset_view. Unfortunately, the ad_group_ad_asset_view currently supports AdGroupAdAssetView for AppAds and not for RSA assets. We have already raised a feature request for this; however, there is no guarantee if this will be supported in the API soon.
