Hi Echo, I am afraid that downloading of media files such as an image is currently not supported in the Google Ads API.
However, so that I can raise a feature request for this, is downloading of media files supported in the UI? If yes, then please provide the screenshots and related documentation for the instructions on how to do it in the UI. If this is not available in the UI, then this feature is not likely to be added in the API as it should also available in the UI first.
