Specifying a daily budget manually is not supported. Your daily budget may already be taken from the budget of the campaign you specify in your KeywordPlanCampaign. As for mapping the available API parameters to the UI's parameters, you can refer to this section of the generate forecast metrics guide. However, so that I may create a feature request for specifying a daily budget in the API request, could you provide the complete Google Ads UI screenshot and your complete use case for the said feature? If the screenshot would contain your user account details, you may then send the requested information via the Reply privately to author option.
