Hi Nitin, Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention. First, I would definitely try to work with them to see if they will continue to work as you have previously done. But at the same time, here is a link to how you can create your own accounts. We would also suggest reaching out to the Product Support Team , as they handle more account related issues. As you have been a user of this for a while they might be able to do something with the account so that you are able to keep it without having to start all over.
