I am afraid that the 2 fields are not supported in the AdWords API. With this, I will raise a feature request to my team for this, subject for review. For now, please follow our blog as we will post there any updates and new releases about Google Ads API / AdWords API. However, please note that this feature will be applied to Google Ads API instead as we no longer adding further features to AdWords API. That being said, I would suggest migrating to the Google Ads API.
