Thanks for reaching out to us. The metrics.cost_micros and metrics.average_cost 
in the campaign report should be able to get cost metrics in the Google Ads 
API. Note that the metrics.cost_micros field is in micros, and you will need to 
divide by 1,000,000 to get the actual cost value. Let us know if you have any
