The SearchStream returning an array of response objects is intended behavior as described in: https://cloud.google.com/apis/docs/http#message_encoding The team are looking into ways to make this clearer in documentation and the discovery endpoint. That being said, please keep an eye on this blog and release notes document as we will post there updates and new releases for Google Ads API.
