Hi, I'm still experiencing the exact issue described in this thread. I have a test manager account but when I try to create a test client account under it I get the following error: "Billing setups can not be used based on current status of the customer." You indicated that you have the ability to unblock this for customers; I would appreciate it if you could unblock it for me please.
