Hi Ramakumar, Thank you for reaching out. There was a system issue on our end so we were unable to respond to you earlier. The Google Ads API does not support the csv file uploading. You could only upload members of a user list via the code directly. Please refer to this code example on how to upload the Customer Match User List via the API.
