Thank you for reaching out. There was a system issue on our end so we were 
unable to respond to you earlier. The USER_PERMISSION_DENIED error usually 
occurs when there is no link between the manager account authenticated in the 
request and the client account specified in the headers. As you are using the 
Google Ads API, you need to include the login-customer-id in the header as 
mentioned in this blog post. If the issue persists, please regenerate the 
OAuth2 credentials using the email with Admin or Standard access to the MCC 
account by following the instructions in this guide.
