Thank you for sending that separate limit for planning services. I might be hitting that issue as I'm running my scripts across 6 different PC's (same IP though). It's possible that more than 1 request per second could occur which may be what is happening. The last 24 hours I've been hitting rate limit issues just a handful of times per hour which is very reasonable (as opposed to every request back on the 16th of April).
