Also, these fields (ExternalConversionSource, AllConversionRate and CostPerAllConversion) are missing in the result of the following call: ReportDefinitionField[] reportDefinitionFields = reportDefinitionService.getReportFields( ReportDefinitionReportType.fromString("CAMPAIGN_PERFORMANCE_REPORT")); What can be the reason of such behaviour?
