Thanks for reaching out. You can obtain the MCC refresh token by the same 
method used to create the customer's account. If you are using one of the 
client libraries, and the MCC refresh token already exists, you can find it in 
the environment file that corresponds to the library that you are using (e.g. 
ads.properties for Java).
