Hi Misha, I am not aware of a default campaign goal setting in the UI. However, product support will have a better idea if this feature exists.
The API does not support this sort of feature either. Are there specific attributes that you would like to set? Also, if you can specify which API you are using, I can submit a feature request on your behalf.
