Hi team, 1.We've just run into a RESOURCE_EXHAUSTED error when trying to create Ads and Campaigns. Access appears to be blocked until roughly 17 hours from now. Is it possible to get more information about what limit we hit and what request is hitting it?
2.We are hitting CreateUserList <https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/reference/rpc/v6/MutateUserListsRequest> more than 10000 per day, should we use query instead, what's the query will be? 3.We also hit OfflineUserDataJob <https://developers.google.com/google-ads/api/reference/rpc/v6/OfflineUserDataJobService> similar amount of times daily to add custom match user data. Is this also has the limitation? What's the equivalent search query for this if there's one?
