Hello again, I have tried to get the keyword ideas count from the totalNumEntries <https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/TargetingIdeaService.TargetingIdeaPage#totalnumentries>, but my problem is the results are limited to 700, i want to try getting the total count from the database without having to call multiple pages. Does the api return a total count of keywords found or at least the total number of pages so i can just call the last page and calculate the count? Would this be possible?
