I have a AdWords *Manager *account which is a *Test Account*. Account status is *Closed* I got to know from AdWords community that api-test-accounts will never be activated and will always be closed.
That means its* not possible to test similar audience *functionality in test account because similar audience generation will take 24-48 hours, and the seed audience will go to closed status within few hours. And when seed audience is in closed status then AdWords will not be able to use this seed audience to generate similar audience. Similarly once audience goes into closed status then it can't be associated with AdGroups that means we *can't test AdGroup to audience association* also.
