Yes, Its still showing as CHANGED only not as REMOVED. On 2021-01-24 10:22:05.504031, change status 'customers/1255040287/changeStatus/1611463925504031-2-1357690316-54661562856' shows resource 'customers/1255040287/adGroups/54661562856' with type 'AD_GROUP' and status 'CHANGED'.
