Could you confirm if my understanding is correct that you want to get the caller number that made calls to the phone extensions associated to your ads? If this what you are looking for, then this feature is currently not supported in AdWords API and Google Ads API. If not, then please provide more details about this concern or sample scenario so that I can raise a feature request for the feature that you are looking if not available.
