Yet there is one more thing I'd like to clarify. How can I get the limited
by budget status through the API then? I don't see such option in
CampaignService
<https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/CampaignService.Campaign?hl=en>,
so probably I'm missing something.
