Moving forward, could you confirm if you indeed setup Maximize Conversions on any of your campaigns as a bidding strategy? The value you are retrieving in the report would not be available if you did not setup your campaigns to adapt this strategy. Upon checking your 752-749-7184 account in the Campaign UI view, I could see that only 2 campaigns were enabled and generated statistics for the period you specified in your report query. The said campaigns currently both have bidding strategy types set as Target CPA. If you were able to complete setup for Maximize Conversions, could you provide the campaign IDs that are using this strategy so our team can check if those campaigns are indeed not returning its related values?
