Hi all, We have set up an integration between our Marketing Automation system (SAP Marketing Cloud - SMC) and Google Ads. This was done according to documentation on https://help.sap.com/viewer/65e50a5c66c04e8aa7edcbade3c50eb6/2011.500/en-US/47d837c8c1ce4592b1a4058600f6d6be.html. This integration is correctly replicating campaigns from SMC to Google Ads. However, as soon as we add a Target Group in our marketing system, the following error shows up:

 to the update process of customer email lists.
 
 We were in contact with SAP support, and they ask: *Hello,* *[...]* *We have been using CRM based user list before but this error is new from Google side. I would be curious to know if Google Ads changed anything specifically.* * Google support would not be able to respond on the CPI Issue, But they can specifically reply on what this error means for them.
