We request campaigns from CampaignService and download them as a report from CAMPAIGN_PERFORMANCE_REPORT
We always ask for campaigns of all statuses, however I do not get campaigns with status='REMOVED' from CampaignService even though I know we have one campaign with that status. It shows up the campaign performance report. I checked the way we format our predicates and everything is fine.
