Hi, Could you confirm what is the type of ad that you want to create? I can see that you created standard shopping campaign and ad group but you also created expanded text ad. Please note that expanded text ads can only be created for Search and Display campaigns, not for standard shopping campaign.
With this, since you've created a standard shopping campaign and ad group, then the ad type that you can create, which is also compatible with the said type of campaign, is shopping product ad and you may refer to this document on how to do so.
