Hi there! I hope I can get some clarification here. At the moment AdWords API Java lib requires Java 1.8+, but still using Joda-Time. (Random example: https://github.com/googleads/googleads-java-lib/blob/4.10.0/modules/ads_lib/src/main/java/com/google/api/ads/adwords/lib/utils/ReportQueryInterface.java )
